Situated on busy Washington Street in Hoboken, this restaurant required Zoning and Historical Commission approval to convert a former retail space into an 885 sq. ft eatery with seasonal outdoor seating. Predominately a take out restaurant, the fully renovated space has indoor seating for eight, in addition to the seasonal seating. The project included a complete gut renovation with the addition of new kitchen service area and restrooms that was designed in conjunction with the franchising agent.
