Occupying a subdivided section of the former building leasing office, this brand new multi-level restaurant occupies 2100 square feet of space. The design included coordination of structural, electrical, and mechanical systems with the building’s owners, while keeping with goals of the franchised space. The main 1300 square ft. hosts the food prep, service, and dining areas, along with the restrooms. The 800 ft mezzanine is for dining and restaurant storage.
