The focus of this alteration to the living level of this Hoboken brownstone was to provide a larger kitchen and dining area in the existing interior space. The kitchen was relocated to the rear of the home, with a large island. The dining area was relocated to the former kitchen space, allowing a continuous flow from the existing living room at the front of the residence. The alcove which once held the kitchen, was repurposed as a desk space and a half bath.
On the bedroom floor, the existing bathroom and laundry room were completely renovated to provide a master bathroom, hall bathroom, laundry closet, and linen closets.
