This new 46-seat café replaces a deli / bagel shop within a busy strip mall. This 2,500 square ft space was completely renovated to create an upscale fast casual restaurant, in keeping with the owner’s vision. The space preparation area features a bakery for in-house baked from scratch artisan breads, a kitchen for the preparation of breakfasts, sandwiches, and salads, and a service counter. The seating area is a combination of booths, free standing tables, casual sofa seating with low tables, and high top counter seating. Interior design plans included all mill work, kitchen layout, service areas, and wall décor. Engineering for new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems was also coordinated.
