This 80 year old building originally consisted of four (4) two bedroom, one bathroom apartments on two floors above a shallow basement that had been used for utilities and storage. The design adds a new top floor and roof deck, and lowers the floor of the basement to create four new three bedroom, two bathroom duplexes on four levels of living space.
The existing single car garage has also been expanded. The new garage has been designed with car lifts to allow space for four cars in a two car garage. The roof of the garage features a roof deck with access to the adjacent living unit.
This building is currently under construction with a mid - 2017 completion date.
