The design of this project removed the existing home to the foundation and provided a completely new single family home. The front door was re-oriented to the more prominent street, giving the home greater curb appeal. The home has open living areas on the first floor and a master suite with balcony, three additional bedrooms, a hall bath and laundry room on the second floor.
