The initial scope of work for this project was to modernize the existing 50 year old, two story, 8,000 SF multi-tenant office building with a new roof, windows, HVAC system, barrier free restrooms, corridors, and refreshed façade to create medical office suites. The revised scope of the project was to create a performing arts center with dance studios on both levels, requiring the new exterior stair.
